Conditions for ordering consulting services

These booking terms ("Terms") constitute a binding contract between the booking party and Ilanit Netanel ("Service Provider"), an exempt dealer operating under the ILANITRAVEL brand, and constitute an integral part of the website regulations [ link to regulations ]. The terms apply to any booking, use or access to the services. Placing an order and/or payment constitutes full and irrevocable agreement to these terms.

Settings

  • "Service Provider" - Ilanit Netanel, an exempt business, operating under the ILANITRAVEL brand.

  • "The Client" - any person or entity using ILANITRAVEL services.

  • "The Services" - all services offered by the Service Provider.

  • "Content" - all information, recommendations, routes, instructions and materials provided as part of the Services.

Due disclosure

- The service provider may receive commissions from various service providers (such as Booking.com) for reservations made through links provided.
- Receiving commissions does not affect the objectivity of the recommendations provided.

The essence of services

The service provider provides planning, guidance and information services only, including:

  1. Customized trip planning.

  2. Trip planning conversation.

  3. Digital guides.

  4. Combined packages of a guide and a trip planning call.

It is important to emphasize:

  1. The services relate to mainland Portugal only (excluding the Azores and Madeira).

  2. The service provider is not a travel agent and does not provide booking services.

  3. All recommendations are suggestions only and do not constitute a commitment to a particular result.

Details of the services and their terms and conditions

Full trip planning

  • Full trip planning includes:
    - Customized route planning.
    - Up to 2 rounds of corrections per track.
    - Service validity: from the moment of payment until 30 days after returning from the trip.
    - Significant changes to the route after planning will require an additional fee.

  • Support during the trip:
    - Available only to customers who have purchased full trip planning.
    - Includes technical assistance in accessing the track and documents.
    - Answering urgent questions related to the planned route.
    - Update regarding significant changes to recommended sites.
    - Support does not include emergency treatment or medical assistance.
    - There is no guarantee of immediate or continuous availability.


Trip planning call

  • An hour-long conversation to adjust the itinerary.

  • Cancellation possible up to 24 hours in advance.

  • Recording the call is prohibited without prior permission.


Digital guide "Portugal at your own pace"

  • Available for use for 12 months.

  • Includes updates during the subscription period.

  • For personal use only.


"Portugal at Your Pace" Digital Guide Package + Trip Planning Call

  • The package includes all the contents of the digital guide.

  • An hour-long personal trip planning call with the option of additional hours for a fee.

  • Possibility of special adjustments.

Payment terms

Prices are final (exempt dealer - no VAT)

A receipt will be issued upon each payment and will be sent directly to the customer's email (if a receipt has not been received, it is recommended to check your junk mail).

Payment methods: Credit cards or PayPal

Payment terms by type of service

A. Full trip planning

Advance payment at time of booking.

The balance of the payment will be paid upon delivery of the trip planning.

Cancellation after payment of the deposit - the deposit will not be refunded.

B. The digital guide "Portugal at your own pace"

Full payment in advance

Access to the guide will be provided immediately after payment is confirmed.

C. Trip planning conversation

Full payment in advance

The meeting will be coordinated after payment is confirmed.

D. Guide package + trip planning call.

Full payment in advance

Access to content and the meeting will be coordinated after payment is confirmed.

Intellectual property rights

ownership

  • All rights to the content belong to the service provider.

  • The permission to use is personal and non-transferable.

Prohibitions: It is strictly prohibited to:

  • Copying or duplicating the contents

  • Transferring content to others

  • Commercial use of content

  • Publishing or distributing content

Limitation of liability

General Disclaimer

Service Provider’s Responsibility
The service provider offers planning, guidance, and information services only.
Services are provided based on information available at the time of service delivery.
The service provider is not a travel agent and is not responsible for executing actual bookings.

Responsibility for Changes and Updates
The service provider is not responsible for:

  • Changes in prices of recommended services.

  • Changes in opening hours of attractions.

  • Weather condition changes.

  • Changes in public transportation schedules.

  • Changes in accommodation or dining conditions.

  • Any other changes beyond her direct control.

Recommendations and Information
All recommendations and information provided are suggestions only.
The information is based on various sources and is updated periodically.
Reliance on the information is at the client’s discretion.
There is no guarantee of a perfect match of the itinerary to each client.

Satisfaction and Personalization
The service provider is not responsible for:

  • Subjective satisfaction with the trip.

  • Customization of the itinerary to specific expectations.

  • Personal experiences during the trip.

  • Disappointment or dissatisfaction with the proposed itinerary.

  • Financial losses resulting from itinerary changes.

Responsibility for Third Parties
The service provider is not liable for:

A. Tourism Services:

  • Quality of service at tourist sites.

  • Condition of recommended sites.

  • Changes in visit conditions.

  • Temporary or permanent closure of sites.

B. Accommodation Services:

  • Quality of hotels or accommodation.

  • Level of service at the venue.

  • Issues or inconveniences.

  • Changes in accommodation terms.

C. Transportation:

  • Delays in public transport.

  • Route changes.

  • Flight cancellations or schedule changes.

  • Car rental issues.

D. Dining and Leisure:

  • Quality of recommended restaurants.

  • Changes in menus or prices.

  • Service quality at leisure venues.

  • Business closures or ownership changes.

E. Online Service Providers:

  • Availability of recommended websites.

  • Accuracy of information on external sites.

  • Changes in online booking systems.

  • Technical issues on third-party websites.

F. Errors and Defects:
In cases of errors or defects in the information:

  • Made in good faith.

  • That are non-material to trip planning.

  • That can be reasonably corrected.

The service provider will not bear responsibility for damages that are:

  • Direct.

  • Indirect.

  • Financial.

  • Consequential.

  • Incidental.

Force Majeure
The service provider is not responsible for:

  • Natural disasters.

  • Epidemics.

  • Wars or emergencies.

  • Strikes or labor actions.

  • Any event beyond her control.

Financial Liability Limitation
In any case, the service provider’s financial liability will not exceed:

  • The amount paid for the service.

  • The minimum amount required by law, whichever is lower.

Important Information
It is recommended to purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure, including: medical coverage, trip cancellation, luggage loss, and personal accident coverage.
Keep emergency contact details for local services and the Israeli embassy in Portugal.
Recommendations and proposed itineraries are based on personal experience and are for guidance only.

Cancellation and refund policy

Full trip planning

  • Cancellation before planning begins - full refund of the advance payment minus a 5% handling fee

  • Cancellation after planning begins - the deposit will not be refunded.

  • Change dates up to two days - free of charge

  • Date change over two days - 30% additional charge

  • Changing goals - will be considered a new plan


Trip planning call

  • Cancellation up to 24 hours in advance - full refund

  • Cancellation less than 24 hours - no refund

  • Postponement of appointment with 24 hours notice - free of charge

  • No-show - no refund and no alternative date


Digital guide

  • Once access is granted - no cancellation is possible

  • Before receiving access - full refund

  • Technical issues - free support


Guide package + trip planning call

  • Cancellation before receiving access - full refund

  • Partial cancellation (trip planning call only) - refund of the difference

  • Changing the date of a trip planning call - according to the terms of the trip planning call

Indemnity

The customer undertakes to indemnify the service provider for any damage resulting from a violation of the terms of use, including unauthorized use of content or copyright infringement. For full details of the indemnification terms, see the website regulations [ link ].

Law and jurisdiction

  • The laws of the State of Israel will apply to these terms.

  • Jurisdiction: Tel Aviv District Courts

  • Statute of limitations: 12 months from the date of the cause of action

variance

  • Failure to enforce a right does not constitute a waiver thereof.

  • The invalidity of a clause will not affect the remaining terms.

  • These terms are subject to update without prior notice.

  • The most recent version of the terms will apply.
