Declaration of intent: Ilanit Nathaniel of 7 Raphael Suisa St. in Mezekrat Batia, owner of a website for travel advice, does her best to accommodate those who book a customized travel itinerary.
Ilanit Nathaniel is not a travel agency. Information and suggestions that will be given regarding itineraries are just that and do not constitute a travel arrangement or contract. Every effort will be made to ensure that the information provided by Ilanit Nathaniel is accurate and up-to-date at that time. However, the services, reputation and standards of third parties are subject to change; Factories are closing, standards and prices may change. Ilanit Nathaniel is not responsible or liable for the operation of any third party service providers. This includes, among other things, not operating public transportation as planned or opening museums and other attractions as planned.
The fee paid to Ilanit Nathaniel is for course design and consulting services only. The fee is paid in advance and is non-refundable. A lot of work and effort went into preparing the materials for your trips. In the process of building the itinerary, the information is collected from various sources, the nature and characterization of the travel itinerary sites abroad varies and is not necessarily equally suitable for every person.
It will be clarified below: Ilanit Nathanel has no control over the sources of information, the information websites, the tourist spots, the restaurants, the places to stay, the weather and the tourist spots and the itineraries. Ilanit Nathanal is not responsible if a customer is not satisfied with the route and trip he actually made and is not responsible for any emotional distress caused to customers from those sources, travel sites, recommended places, etc. as a result.
The client's reliance on any content, information, opinions and positions presented in the proposed itinerary is done at his discretion and is subject to his discretion, and Ilanit Nathanel is not responsible for any result that may result from the execution of the proposed itinerary in one way or another.
In any case, Ilanit Nathanal or any representative on its behalf will not be responsible in any way to any party for direct or indirect damages (including financial damages, loss of profits, reputation, etc.) following the proposed route or the recommendations contained therein. The full responsibility arising from the execution of the route will apply to the person ordering. There is no commitment on the part of Ilanit Nathaniel to adapt the itinerary to the needs of each person. The customer will not have any claim, claim or demand against Ilanit Nathanel regarding the nature of the information, services and products recommended as part of the proposed route, and hereby waives any such claim and/or claim and/or demand against Ilanit Nathanel and/or anyone on its behalf.
The use of the information provided as part of the route proposal is the sole and full responsibility of the user. If the information provided contains errors and/or defects that were made in good faith, Ilanit Nathaniel will not have any responsibility whatsoever for any error, defect, loss of profit or any other damage that is caused and/or may be caused to customers as a result of using the recommendations and/or as a result of being unable to do so use
Changes policy after the planning is finished: After the trip planning is finished, it is not possible to change the destination or the dates, even if the trip is canceled for reasons of illness, security or any third party force. However, Ilanit will make efforts, for an additional fee, to adapt the route to the new dates as long as the general framework of the trip and the previously planned destinations are maintained.
The copyrights and all other intellectual property rights in the advice and materials that will be delivered to the client belong to Ilanit Nathanal only and will be transferred to the client for his private and personal use only. The trip planning with all its appendices and/or any part of it may not be transferred to any person and/or entity without the express written permission of Ilanit Nathanal. Without deviating from the above, the client undertakes not to transfer the travel package and/or part of it to commercial and/or quasi-commercial entities and/or publish its contents in any way.
