Basic English-Portuguese Phrasebook

So, you've landed in Portugal. The sun is shining, the picturesque streets are calling from every corner, and you feel like you've arrived in paradise. But then comes the moment when you're standing in line at a bakery and want to order a coffee... Suddenly you realize: "How do you say 'espresso' in Portuguese?" Okay, fine, it's not the toughest question, but what if someone asks you to lower the window on the train or pay by credit card at the register?

Whether you're a language whiz or the only word you remember in Portuguese is "obrigado," knowing a few basic Portuguese phrases can make the difference between walking around with a smile and standing embarrassed in front of locals giving you that "what did he just say?" look. So here it is, a short and focused Portuguese phrasebook that will enhance your local experience and make you feel like a local – at least until someone asks you to explain the difference between "Pastel de Nata" and "Fado."

So, here’s the basic Hebrew-Portuguese phrasebook coming to your rescue!
