Go to the official IRN website and find the Services tab.
In the menu, select the option to make appointments for services designed to issue passports.
You can choose the branch in Lisbon that is convenient for you and enter your personal information, including your Portuguese ID number or birth certificate number.
2. Preparation of the required documents
To issue a Portuguese passport you will need several documents. These are the documents you should prepare in advance:

5. Collecting the passport

If the request was made before 11:00 a.m. it will be ready at the airport that day at 5:00 p.m. Generally, a Portuguese passport is ready for collection within a few weeks in normal cases, or within a few days in urgent cases.
